Paul F. Clark, II

Hello, my name is Paul Clark.  I am a patrolman with the Linton Police Department.  I have been employed with the City of Linton since August of 2001.  My current duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to investigate crime and other complaints, respond to emergencies of all types, enforce both criminal and traffic laws, file charges and continue to investigate them throughout the criminal trial procedure.

I am also a crime scene technician on our department.  Detective Collenbaugh and I both serve in this capacity.  My job, in that capacity, is to process major crime scenes for all types of possible evidence.  These types of evidence include fingerprints, DNA, firearms, tools and tool marks, documents, trace evidence, and any other items that could link a person to that crime.  Some other fields of peculiar interest are Forensic Entomology (insects) and Forensic Anthropology (bones). It is important to know that as a scene technician, our responsibility is to gather the evidence.  The physical evidence is unbiased, and serves as a tool to exonerate, as well as to convict a suspect.
