            In the past 3 years the Dispatch Center has went through some major changes. Now with some of the latest computer software and equipment we have enhanced our response time, kept better records and statistics of reports, and other information. Now without calling and asking for the information a Officer may be requesting. The Dispatcher has the information right at their fingertips. This greatly increases Officer safety by letting the Officer know if the person or vehicle they have stopped ,or are getting ready to stop, is wanted  and or dangerous.  Our 911 mapping system also enhances the safety and response time of our Police, Fire and EMS. Especially during cases where someone dials 911 and is not able to give their location. When the phone rings on our end it shows us where and from who the call originated from.
